Melanie DelValle-Bauzo is a highly skilled and dedicated medical assistant who plays a central role in supporting both our patients and our practice. Originally from Puerto Rico, Melanie is fluent in Spanish, providing an essential bridge for our Spanish-speaking patients and ensuring clear, compassionate communication without the need for translation devices.
Trained as a medical assistant, Melanie has also completed specialized training in billing and medical coding. This combination of clinical and administrative expertise allows her to oversee the entire patient experience, from initial scheduling through office management and follow-up care. She is entrusted with scheduling, coordination of care, and practice operations—responsibilities she manages with professionalism and efficiency.
Melanie is known for going above and beyond to ensure patient satisfaction. She brings warmth and empathy to her work, always making patients feel supported and understood. As a single mother of three, she understands the demands of busy schedules and works diligently to accommodate the needs of every patient.
